In July 2005, Carolina performed at the Fuji Rock Festival, one of the world's largest music festivals. As a featured dancer for the Willy McNell band, Carolina performed for crowds of more than 100,000 and shared the stage with acts such as Coldplay, Beck and New Order. She will be performing again at the festival in July of 2006.

In 2004, Carolina performed as a featured dancer for Sting's "Sacred Love" tour in multiple venues throughout the world, including the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and Madison Square Garden in New York. The final show, performed in Frankfort, Germany, was flmed for a live-performance DVD.
